Butter oil is as a fat concentrate is obtained primarily from butter or cream. It is obtained by the removal of almost all the water and solids not of fat content. Butter oil is rich in fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E and K and serves as a richest milk source among the western dairy products. This product is typically used in the production of recombined milk, for reconstitution into butter. Butter oil is used in the manufacture of ice cream, as a cooking medium and in the confectionery industry as well. Butter also had application to be used for types of fat spreads.
